REALESTIQ TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Realestiq. These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of our platform, services, and investment opportunities. By accessing or using Realestiq, you agree to comply with these T&C. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. DEFINITIONS

  • “Realestiq” refers to the investment platform operated by Unbox Prosperity LLP.

  • “Investor” refers to any individual or entity investing in projects through Realestiq.

  • “Platform” refers to Realestiq’s website, mobile application, and associated services.

  • “Project” refers to real estate development, housing projects or plots  offered for investment.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To invest with Realestiq, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Be a resident Indian or an NRI with an NRE/NRO account.

  • Provide valid KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport for NRIs).

4. INVESTMENT TERMS

  • Minimum investment amount: ₹5000.

  • Investments are pooled and used for urban housing projects.

  • Investors will receive returns based on project completion.

  • Returns are not guaranteed and depend on market conditions.

  • Different plans have   have different lock-in period ( 3 years – 7 years).

5. RETURN ON INVESTMENT

  • Investors may receive returns through

    • Exit after Lock in period is over.

    • Annual withdrawals for the eligible plans.(Check Plans).

  • Realestiq does not promise fixed returns; all earnings are based on market performance.

  • Any withdrawal requests before the lock-in period will be subject to penalties and fees.

6. FEES & CHARGES

  • Platform Fee: A one-time or annual fee for platform access may be applicable.

  • Brokerage Fee- Brokerage Fee is chargerd depending upon the plan chosen by the investor

  • Exit Fee: Early withdrawals will incur a  penalty.

7. RISK DISCLOSURE

  • Real estate investments are subject to market fluctuations and external risks.

  • Returns depend on Construction and sale of  properties and economic factors.

  • Investors understand that capital loss is possible in adverse market conditions.

  • Realestiq is not liable for losses due to economic downturns, Natural Disasters, Government Policies ( example GRAP in Delhi , etc.) legal disputes, or force majeure events.

8. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

  • Limited Liability: Realestiq shall not be held responsible for investment losses, project delays, or regulatory changes affecting returns.

  • Indemnification: By using Realestiq, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Realestiq, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your investment decisions.

  • No Guarantees: Realestiq does not guarantee profits, and past performance does not indicate future results.

9. DISCLAIMERS

  • Not a Bank or Financial Institution: Realestiq is not a bank, NBFC, or REIT, and does not offer fixed deposit-like returns.

  • No Guarantee of Returns: Investment returns are subject to market risks and economic conditions.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Investors are responsible for their own tax and legal compliance.

10. PRIVACY POLICY

  • All personal and financial information shared with Realestiq is handled securely and in compliance with data protection laws.

  • We do not share or sell your data to third parties without consent.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

  • Realestiq reserves the right to update or modify these T&C at any time.

  • Investors will be notified of major changes via email or website announcements.

  By using Realestiq, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
