This isn’t a money problem. Majority of these EWS families can afford the EMI of the home loan they are eligible for. It’s a structural problem.The paperwork is wrong. The construction is non-compliant. The demand is invisible to formal capital. And without a registered deed, no bank will touch it.

Is this a donation or an investment?
Neither, precisely. It is a patron membership. Your ₹10,000 is a one-time fee that gives you founding member status and all associated benefits. It is not a donation (you receive tangible benefits and community access) and it is not an equity investment.
How would I know that my membership is making an impact ?
You will get regular updates on your preffered channel – on email or otherwise. Founding members are invited to handover house keys to EWS women and their families. Members are also invited to represent “Women empowerment through home ownership” at leadership forums, Marathons, Start up India events, Panel discussions . All founding members are kept well informed about real and measurable impact your membership is making.
How much time does this actually require from me?
As much or as little as your schedule allows. The core ask is amplification and support — a LinkedIn post, a conversation at a peer gathering, sharing the cause in rooms where you already have influence. There is no monthly commitment, no volunteering hours required, and no meetings to attend unless you want to.
Why is the membership capped at 5,000 ?
Because a movement only works if membership means something. 5,000 women, personally curated, creates a signal. A million memberships creates noise. Once the founding cohort is filled, the application portal closes for good. There will be no second batch at the founding rate.
Who is Realestiq and why should I trust this?
Realestiq is a DPIIT (Govt. of India ) supported Start up for affordable house construction. We cite NITI Aayog & MoHUA Dec 2025 research for our market data. What exactly is the ESG bond first-access benefit?
Realestiq plans to launch an Enviorment ,Social, Governance -linked secured bond program in June 2028, targeting ₹300 Cr with an indicative coupon rate of ~8.9% per annum. These bonds are very sought after in investment markets. First Brick Society founding members will be offered this instrument before it is made available to the general public, wealth managers, or institutional channels.
